In individual sessions we make space for topics such as finding your role, communication within the orchestra, setting boundaries, authenticity, the balancing act between personal standards and perfectionism, and coping with overwhelm and much more. We always work with whatever issues are present and need attention in the moment.
In my Premium Mentoring program you also have the option to check in spontaneously or ask questions at any time via WhatsApp if something urgent is weighing on you or needs to be clarified.
