In the Conductor's Mentoring Program, we dive together into the multifaceted world of orchestral psychology and orchestra communication — the decisive interface between conductor and ensemble. With a constructively critical view, we examine your presence, your verbal and nonverbal communication and their impact, the needs of the ensemble, and your own. We work from the inside out — not on a mask, but on genuine charisma, integrity-based authenticity, and real presence.

Topics such as authenticity, charisma, expressive clarity, resilience, musical integrity and vision, and more have space here — tested in an experimental and constructively honest setting with a flexible schedule.
